Dj Paul Elstak in Lamberink reuzenrad tijdens Pussy Lounge

WORTHING OBSERVATION WHEEL

On July 11, 2019, the Worthing Observation Wheel
will be at the Marine Parade in Worthing open to the public.

Worthing Observation Wheel is the highest ferris wheel
placed in South East England.
It is a joint project by Jan de Koning and Jan Lamberink.

The elegant and stylish, all white, 46 meter high Ferris wheel
was built by Ferris wheel construction Lamberink in Overschild.

The wheel has 36 closed gondolas with clear glass, one of which is suitable
for a wheelchair user.
The Ferris Wheels of Lamberink are built according to the
European and British standard EN13814 and have been tested by TÜV SÜD Munich.

The Ferris wheel was shipped to 8 trailers 1.5 weeks ago
Purfleet and then further transported to Worthing.

Worthing is a city and English district in West Sussex and is located on The Channel.
WOW is operated by the King Leisure Ltd.
After a favorable pilot in 2018 with a Ferris wheel in Steyne Gardens, the Ferris Wheel offered the possibility of a more permanent arrangement.
De Koning Leisure Ltd reacted successfully and
has obtained the building permit on March 27, 2019.

The Ferris wheel will be in Worthing every summer for the next three years (March-November).
The location of the Ferris wheel is 50 Marine Parade Worthing, between the pier and the Lido.

The Worthing Observation Wheel will be open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On a clear day you can look up to 10 miles in all directions!

The WOW will remain until 1 October, but maybe until 8 November, if the weather stays nice.
